Although the builders have indicated we can see the home but only on an appointment base only due to the hazard of home and getting hurt in the event if a representative from the builder company isn't around.So my question remains, we signed a contract for a mustard and tan home and obviously that's not what the painted home appears to be.

1) Change the 1099 entry for this PM on my taxes to match the "corrected" 1099;2) Include the remaining, unreported "gross" rent under the line for 'additional income' so it accounts for all my rents (income) before fees/repairs etc;3) Continue with regular deductions for fees/repairs etc and be done with it!

And, unfortunately some home owners just think their property should be sold at "x" price, which in most cases is higher than anyone wants to offer.And, although she has lowered her price from $540k to $500k, there may still be a huge difference in the actual value and selling price and unless the seller is motivated to sell, that price may remain high.I agree that the upper floors (attic) may provide an additional 2-3 bedrooms, that might not actually be legal.
