I am originally from Southern New Hampshire and I am currently in my final year of graduate school at Fairfield University in Connecticut.

It is not close to any Universities and there are a lot of multi family buildings in the area which also makes me nervous. the tenants that are currently living there I believe most of them will have to go because they are not qualified.

Be open with your goals......for this deal I told everyone I knew that I was in the middle of a 1031 exchange and the universe delivered (many thanks to JW).

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.
