Aspiring Real Estate Investor - About to graduate college

What's up everyone? My name is Caleb Green. I am originally from Southern New Hampshire and I am currently in my final year of graduate school at Fairfield University in Connecticut. After school I would love to work at a Real Estate investment firm or with an up and coming investment company. And I plan on centering my life around real estate and would love to be able to start building up my own portfolio right away as well. I have been networking, making connections with real estate professionals as well as small time investors, and I've gotten a few interviews. I was really wondering if anyone here could offer some advice on breaking into the industry as an employee as well as steps to getting my first deal personally. To offer some specifics I would love to work as an analyst and on my own time search for seller finance deals with partners until I've worked long enough to get a conventional loan. Please let me know if anyone is willing to connect with me and allow me to hear their story! Thanks!
