@Lincoln Decklever, This is an apples to oranges question that doesn't get at the heart. 

This helps flush out the bad apples from the local group.

I believe that the city just lifted some STR regulations that were in place (I believe it only applied to "city limits" and it generally placed a restriction on more than one STR per 400m radius)... don't quote me on that but it was something close to those terms. 

This is where you have to manage the managementEstimates..... as stated, make sure you are comparing apples to apples...are they making it "rent ready" or "sale ready"...

There are always bad apples.  

Since its a new built home i haven't put anything for maintenance but i will most likely sell it in few years time once apple campus comes up and people started moving in.

One reason: there's not a lot of 4 bed inventory in our market and the added cost apples to apples, of having a 4th bedroom is barely noticeable.

Or even a task program like todoist etc....all major's like google, apple, microsoft have free options for this type of stuff. 

Android because it works with my smart watch and I didn't want to pay the "apple tax" on hardware. 

Also, have you heard of any news about the lifting of the STR ban in LQ?
