Microsoft is the biggest software vendor for Apple's Macs.You also get a number of software products for free with the iLife package that is bundled with each Mac.

Haven't used square from the vendor side, but I've seen the ads and see more and more vendors using this service.

I liked what I saw met with my Vendors realtor and PM.. really liked them.. green lighted it.. and just off MLS etc we are buying at least 5 a month and ratcheting up as labor allows we are not capital restrained in that market.. tax's are high and you have that POS stupidity which may or may not be stupid depending on what side of the fence your on  on that one.. .. but for a high volume gig with plenty of renters and plenty of inventory Cleveland metro fits the bill for any size wallet.. you can buy hoodies or you can buy A quality and anything in between..

Hence why you get lower prices if you pay cash from many vendors throughout the economy.Also puzzling is when sellers believe they should list at the price they otherwise would with a broker and then they think they should keep the whole amount they would otherwise pay a broker, why shouldn't the buyer save from having to pay it?

I recently learned that due to this I do not have to give my vendors 1099s for work I had done at myy properties.The downside is that I am lited to taking a max of 25k in passive income losses which leads me to a question: What would I need to do to be able to write off all my actual losses and not be capped at the 25k limit as set by the IRS.thx,chris

All you have to state is the the bank is allowing the LLC to become an "authorized vendor" for the purpose of effectuating a sale of the property.

I've heard of them having to have approved vendors that do the work for you not you doing it yourself.
