Hey everyone, just curious is anybody is planning on visiting this prime piece of Mayan real estate after the BP conference?

There has to be more that meets the eye to this deal.

I am an agent and I work with investors throughout Middle TN to help them find off-market properties to fix & flip/fix & hold.

This has led to the amount of rent we can charge going down.Is anyone else experiencing this?

Also not exactly sure which state I'd want to invest in.Questions for you who do this successfully:1.
