Looking worse every day

I am definitely grateful for the accounting experience I am getting but am just considering some other possibilities where I can get some more valuable skills/ exposure to real estate in my day job that will benefit me in real estate investing.  

I also know of one lender (assuming their rules haven't changed) that will allow you to quitclaim to your LLC with no repercussions after 90 days.

So for a project that had a 100k purchase price and needed 70k in work, you'd only have to bring maybe 20k to the closing total, as compared to the 170k it would take with cash.These bridge loans do get called "cash" offers at times or are looked at as cash offers at times, but they are financing and they still do take 3 - 4 weeks to close, their are outfits who will close in 5 - 7 days but you will pay extra in origination for it.

I felt more comfortable in the day.

You really have to be different these days. 

Here's how I think about loan terms as a private lender- It's all negotiable but at the end of the day it's your money- your terms. 

I have read up on some of the process on the county website as far as a 14-day notice and they have a little bit of an outline of the timeline would like to talk to somebody that's more familiar with the process.This would be for non-payment of rent on a month to month lease that went month to month after the year-long lease expired.

I was told by Transunion that we cannot keep the reports longer than 60 days in our software but we are allowed to print the reports.

Yeah,  inventory is a little high at ~9000 homes for sale with a DOM of ~55 days and median price at $295K.
