A few months back at my Local REIA they said some changes have been made and the only way to know of this changes is to pay for a workshop.

It is one of the undervalued areas that had great local amenities, close to work, shopping, interstate, beach, reasonably priced, fairly new housing, the neighborhood's common areas are maintained by an association.

Maybe I can also provide workshop info as well.
