So I was driving for dollars in Woodland, CA last weekend and looks like there are a couple prospects that I found where homes looked empty and had been vacant (super dirty windows, unmowed lawns, etc.) but it was only maybe 2 homes that I could find.

Remove and replace the existing wood landing and replace with new pressure treated lumber and treating deck boards.

Back on point, The Woodlands is awful for landlords.

I'm in the woodlands area.

There are also a lot of bigger companies in The Woodlands.
