Most cards have some sort of reward program... and category bonuses for 2-3X points on travel etc (in plastiq, you can specify what type of vendor you are paying and they will run your card accordingly...don't try to cheat it). 30K Starwood points on my Amex gets me about 3 nights stay in a 250$ a night hotel.Deferred payment.. you can skip one month of payments if you time it right because of your credit card terms..

I agree, the term itself seems to have been the result of backroom jargon as any pool sold or collateralized will be based in part on the WAM, Weighted Average Maturity of the obligations.

They also need to have good exit strategy either wholesaling or flipping or rent it out for forever....they are very different than just buy in mls and flip it around strategy.I still remember there're three or four category of State tax deed regulation, is the OP knows about it ?

The zoning department did admit that they were tracking the property as a 4 unit multi-family and had no intention on enforcing the current zoning as a lot of properties in Old Louisville fall into that category.
