Anyways we are working with an attorney now.   

We are going to run it as another bed a breakfast - the same model as the other beach property.  

Have 89 acres we are in the process of buying.  

There are far too many regulations, the transaction is a much longer process, and we are talking about someone's biggest purchase.

We are hoping to find something in the north or east bay with good potential.

We are in FL and I know if we had a pool, it would a deal changer.
