@Ryan Hayhurst I’d be happy to connect and educate a bit on the different DSM area markets.Only a few D neighborhoods but some definite variations of cashflow in different segments of the city.

I can't see any HOA fees but I am betting they are in the 300-500 per month range.Average nightly rates have a pretty wide variation.
