Not renewing her leaseAnd she is moving out even earlier than the end of the lease no big dealBut she is refusing to address the marijuana smell in the houseAnd still wants her security deposit backShe feels she is entitled to itIn order to avoid too much drama I figured it I could sue for breach of contract it would chill her outOver the security deposit issueI could drop the breach suit And she walks away feeling she dodged a bullet and totally forgot the security deposit issueWhy all the hooplah?

Do a search for available SF rentals in decent areas and no matter where you look you'll see an utter lack of inventory and there are always people looking for someplace decent in a good school district to rent because they're not in a position to buy but can afford to rent and want their kids in good schools.
