One benefit of the market being "up" right now is it makes the BRRR strategy easier in that you can usually get a higher appraisal in future months - making it easier to pull out the cash you need.Do you own any properties currently?

It has been worth every minute of time to go back and get things set up right. 

Currently martial arts occupy many of my hours when I am not with my 15 yr old daughter or at work and the rest of my time is allocated to learn about real estate and the rest of my family and friends.
