The tenant or her boyfriend who reads the Facebook comments, or even someone reading this, might report you for using an unlicensed PM, or for violating a tenant's right to privacy by "stalking" them on Facebook and posting about them online, or she might claim harassment which is defined as unwelcome sexual advancements such as "Are you single?"

@Mary Murray very much agree with JohnYou got unlicensed shooty work done and the tenant was not doing anything out of the ordinary that caused this problem.You left the bubble, I would bite the bullet on this one and just get it patched up.

My neighbours sold their house 6 years ago, new ones have an unlicensed daycare... probably 20 times I’ve had my dogs in the backyard (they’re inside dogs mainly) and had to go get them because kids are sticking their fingers through the fence etc.
