I think that the beige will pick up beige in the tile (maybe) and the gray will go well with the stainless appliances while keeping the kitchen bright/cheerful.My handyman says black is much easier to fix scratches and stuff in because it is dark and because it is more uniform even considering that they make a color matched fixer touch up thing for this above lighter color.
Jim K. Does Size Really Matter?
12 January 2021 | 25 replies
Overall, I've noticed that the people I rent to really do tend to be A LOT smaller and obviously weaker than me, as opposed to the homeowners and of course other landlords I meet.I am also of the opinion that when my tenants see me in my work uniform, pulling up in my work vehicle, and have the opportunity to watch me working on my own properties with my own hands, a lot of class envy really seems to seep away out of the landlord-tenant relationship.

Alec Hilliard 1st Lien HELOC On Investment Properties?
24 September 2020 | 38 replies
If we assume for simplicity sake that the bills come in uniformly throughout the month, then the average heloc balance for the month becomes 191.5k per day.The problem is that you are getting a benefit on the (relatively) small 10k payment you made, and getting hurt on the massive 191.5k balance that stayed on the heloc the entire month at a higher interest rate versus a mortgage.Months vary in length, but are roughly 30.4 days on average.
