My first question would be "is there any signed documentation that states what would happen if closing day had to be moved" I am new to BP and extremely new to real estate, so I may be out of line and not know what I'm talking about here, but it seems that closing dates seem to run into this problem quite often and it isn't unheard of for a closing date to be missed for one reason or another.

That said, you can still find $6,000 houses and buy entire street blocks, lol...I met a guy that was buying 2-3 properties a month...max purchase, $6k...max rehab $6k...renting them for $600/mo. all day long...crazy...That is very crazy and unheard of anywhere else.
