My current thoughts, are ONCE i collect my first round of rent (in case they hold it in protest), to remove the washers/dryers secretly, prorate remaining water costs by square footage (as someone said) and bill them based on the last few months water usage.

Hey everyone, just wanted to pop in and remind everyone that the time to file your protests (here in TX) is May 15th this year instead of May 30th, cutting your time to file a protest by two weeks.If you haven't protested your valuation before, I highly recommend getting someone to do it for you on a contingency.Here's a pretty good (albeit corny) overview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?
