Hello i am Portuguese 38 years old who like to surf and learn more about real estate !

For all I know you love surfing and this would cut into your time to catch those morning swells ;-)

Keep in mind you are primarily partnering with the government.Expect additional tenants, grown children with boy friends, babies, pets, couch surfing friends, ex spouces you name it. 

I enjoy surfing, the beach in general and I love all sports! 

We limit our guests to 1 Gb of data per day - plenty for surfing the Internet, but not enough for streaming video.  

I stumbled upon bigger pockets while surfing the internet.I am a union construction working currently at the world trade center.from what I have read real estate investing seems very promising.here is my situation I am currently renting an apartment for 1400 a month.I am married with two children.now I am confused on how to start out on this adventure.I have $70,000 in savings and good credit.should I obtain a multifamily home  with the objective of having a tenant pay off the house I would live in,or do I stay in my apartment while seeking out an investment to purchase and possibly fix for rental income .how should I start

Looking in the 150,000 euro rangeMy criteria is properties that are a short drive/walking distance to a surfing beach that is suitable for beginners, Razo beach in acoruna seems to fit that description - this all based on google searches.

Though I did want a rehab project I am getting this one to live in (couch surfing at 36 yrs old is not cool) and it’d cash flow if I ever decide to move.
