Each unit will have two bedrooms, one bath (shower/tub), small kitchen, living room area, small dining and desk area, private porch, and a common space in backyard. 

It has a large bedroom, a family room, dining area, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bath.

The flooring is mainly carpet with some luxury vinyl in the kitchen, dining room and entryway. 

My son and I live upstairs 2 bedroom a lot of space I can convert the dining room into another bedroom.
