I would give similar advice to someone that wanted to open a restaurant, landscaping company, hair saloon, etc.  

I have already contacted two other contractors for quotes in order to obtain three total quotes.I understand that some investors like to also make use of lower-cost options, such as neighborhood kids, but as I am running a business, I would like to maintain a process that is repeatable and predictable and that may also adapt to long-term needs, such as landscaping and weed maintenance.

I know that the landscape has changed quite a lot and I wonder if you have any perspective on how to find good syndications opportunities and which ones to avoid.

Was it remodeled, workshop, ADU, landscaping, fixer, etc...

As you all know, the landscape within software used for property management is robust.

However some properties have landscaping and trash. 

@Andrew Postell Yes it's true that in the Netherlands the REI landscape is a bit different.

These aren't my statistics, they're from Cisco.

But the final part is whether you will be passing this on to your heirs. if so, they should have direct and constant contact now for better assimilation into REI. or else your REI portfolio will be a statistic after you are gone.
