Get a website, make sure you show personality, competence, and credibility (of course, more goes into this, but ask me here, and I’ll explain it to anyone who wants to learn), and drive traffic to your site manually through ads.

If it's on an auction site you will receive a notice that reserve has not been met. 

I do like Hospitable direct booking options and that they can process payments, tax etc. on their end and each DB site can have a different pay out options for different clients.

This was sudden and no previous communication on listings that have hit their site previously.

When I search properties mainly in Punta Cana I always run into sites where condos are in development and have about 1 - 2 years till completion.

@Jeff Galak no XP with either, but after looking over the sites both appear to be mostly a call line and contractor dispatcher, which many self-managed investors can often handle now via contractor directories like Thumbtack, Angie’s List to start until you find your reliable go-to’s.
