My sister is the executor and the rest of the siblings are all named as beneficiaries.

Two young women, dad (divorced from mom), mom and her husband,  a second mom and dad, a couple of older sisters and their husbands; even grandma hobbling along on her cane. 

The tenant does not speak English only Spanish although her sister speaks English and has translated for her so far.
