I'd love to be able to sift through and pick the best rather than only have a few to choose from.

Most get stuck on level one or two and never seem to level up, but you recognizing the negative means you can sift it out and look and work with more abundant minded positive people. 

And are always on the high end of ARVB) Don't know how to provide a Rehab Budget and scope of work, and quote "30k-50k"C) Cash buyers in big flipping markets have to sift through a ton of deals and new wholesalers who don't have a reputation and have poor numbers get thrown to the bottom of the sifting pile.

A bit tough to sift through, and not much actual information on the law itself, but it looks like it may be far less definitive and immediate than I thought.

It truly is a process of sifting through a lot of junk to HOPEFULLY find something that in say one or two years, will be a gem.

When you successfully sift the data, you will be able to approach the market value for your home on any given day, and even slice that up into smaller time increments.

But some people need some structure and help to sift through all the information to decide what to do first. 

Would you rather spend your time sifting through 25 sub-prime applications, turning over trashed apartments every year, and potentially dealing with drugs/police raids/disputes/evictions/etc....or would you rather take a little time up front to find the tenants that are going to take care of your property and pay rent on time?

Sometimes we spend so much time sifting through things we don't want instead of being patient and waiting for the right criteria to hit your inbox. 

I also get the automatic emails and it doesn’t take that long to sift through them as they only have the new listings on them.
