If I use my money to have the id’s notarized and then all forms scanned into pdf’s so I can email them to the bank, is that a prohibative transaction?

Also If the latter applies from my previous question, after I acquired a new property(s) can I refinance or get a HELOC to get money out? 

We took pics, advertised and set this up ourselves for a showing.

We settle in 3 weeks, has anyone ever put up a Craigslist post (no pics or address) BEFORE settlement to try to secure/gauge interest? 

Asking because buyer is out of state investor and had realtor come and look at house, send video, pics etc.

Does anyone own rental property in Bonita Springs (in the area of the attached pic) who can share how much they are paying annually for home insurance including flood insurance and if you getting good returns in that area.

I don’t want to pounce on a bad deal just to hit that mark.I’ve started our search by scanning through and quickly analyzing properties I’ve found on sites like LoopNet, Realtor.com, and Redfin.

yes you should already know the answer to most of those questions.. if I got that list I would scan it like I just did and say next..a lot of whats on there is not germane to HML.. in the first place.
