In the 87 quake SF quake we just lost items like bottles and dishes .. 

My lease says I will pay for pest control during first 30 days, beyond that it is tenants responsibility.I have not seen fleas in a house that didn't have pets.Negligent care of the house as far as keeping it clean would be tenants responsibility unless the landlord is coming over there every week and pushing a vacuum cleaner around and washing the dishes.

The point I'm trying to make in this paragraph is that you need cable/satellite and internet service.

I normally would not recommend buying/installing used dish washers.

They have a satellite office here in San Antonio for closings. 

Took 12 months for the boiler to be repaired as well as clearing rubbish from previous tenants from the garden.The dishwasher isn't working and trips the electrics and his response was "wash dishes like the rest of us, don't be so posh lmfao" it's his appliance at the end of the day so screw him I guess.

When the husband called to tell me they'd left he said; and oh btw we were going to put dishes in the dish machine but it was filled with dirty slimy water.
