Mine do not have a railing on the floor, so in essence gravity will pull on the end of those two sections, making the top roller eventually pop out and the door wobbling around.What a stupid concept!!

If your builder was successful enough he would not need you  .. he or she would be doing this themselves.. these all work great when they work.. but its when they don't work that you as money partner take it in the shorts.. builder skates away to live another day...

On either case, you can do one more roller coat, make sure that the roller has the same thickness (nap).

You drive around in your car/walk/roller blade/scooter/hover-board/bike and look for properties that look run down or vacant.If these houses are vacant or run down looking, it is a good indicator the owner is losing some money every day they hold the property (paying taxes, possible mortgage, etc while receiving no income), making them more likely to sell for below market value.Once you find these properties then you can send the owner mail offering to buy their property.

Nobody really knows how stable the oil field will be but I can just about promise you, the oil field isn't going away in the near future, but it will probably be a roller coaster ride as in it's history.
