That appears to be the case with the attorney’s fee that you mentioned.Also, a revocable (living) trust and an LLC are two very different things when it comes to asset protection.

Does the State DNR or the federal governments Bureau of Land Management own the coal mine, and have any consent decree attached to the property?

This is illegal without consent in many states.  

Other persons may not move into the premises, even temporarily, without Landlord's prior written consent.  

Great question Nikki.I'm not sure what state you're in, but in GA dual agency is illegal unless written consent is given by both parties (as I think is also the case in most states).
