There is a company names Hemlane that offers that "light PM" service that may be interesting for you instead of a full blow PM company that may cost 7-10% of revenues.

There might be some hoops to get through with conventional financing with your income situation, but if that doesn't work, you could use a debt service loan.

However the owner comes from corporate world and they started out doing deep dives into markets and moving Hedgefund type portfolios between large investors.. they then decided to offer there service to smaller turnkey type and one offs..

That is, buy one home in city X (where I don't live), live in it a couple of months let it be an STR the rest of the time and then the next year (or in two years) repeat again in the same city. 

Maybe it has more to do with the software than the company (although their customer service sucks), in which case you might run into the same issues with other emulators, but it has just been constant headaches.
