Hey guys - We are having a tough time replicating this on the desktop.  

Perhaps this little old lady is disabled, perhaps she's next door to family who helps caregive for her, perhaps she's mobility impaired and is next door to her doctor, or perhaps there's another aspect to the unit that makes it uniquely appropriate for her that wouldn't be easily replicable elsewhere, or at the traditional market rent.

I have 3rd party management; so, I do not have the same needs as many investors on BP and my bookkeeping could be pretty easy if I decide not to replicate every transaction from the PM in a bookkeeping package (but there are some benefits to doing this).  

Plus there is a pent-up market for this kind of housing, so you can replicate this kind of rental unit almost endlessly.

Unfortunately, replicating that deal hasn't been possible so far.

I wasn't able to replicate it after.   

However this set of circumstances simply is not going to replicate itself going forward, and anyone whose claim to fame is having bought something with absolute maximum leverage in 2011 and having it happen to work out is going to have to rework that business model going forward.

I'm still trying to figure out how I can create a link to an item in Quickbooks Desktop Pro instead of the actual image so that I'm not replicating data. 

Massive data centers on a scale that would take years to replicate.

If I could replicate that a few more times with the same success, I would definitely do it.
