Although I no longer commute on the ferry I must say it's one of the most enjoyable and relaxing ways to make a commute compared to traffic or even taking trains.

Some other jobs/MOS' may be more relaxed.

Once you own it it will be much more relaxed to refinance it later.

My thought is to tell the story, through pictures, of how relaxing and inviting the condos are. 

Its refi and relax or keep grinding to pay off early. 

He readily told me if he found a job too far away, the person was extremely fussy to the point he didn’t think he could satisfy them or if it was something he hated doing he would almost always mark up the job enough to either discourage acceptance or be able to take a day or two off and relax afterwards with no lost income.Not a bad strategy in my opinion.

I don't want things to get nasty, just ready to move on from my mistake of being way too relaxed of a project manager.

Is the environment typically fairly relaxed or would I be unwelcome for wasting people's time?

My piece of advice would be to try and relax and realize there will be people there who have been in the game a lot longer than you who are even MORE nervous than you. 

I've taken years off from work here and there to relax and money always ran out and I had to return to work.
