My focus is on providing either turnkey-style space for those interested in temporary, infrequent use or long-term leasing for business folks who require conference room space (or perhaps event space).  

A minority of 401k providers will let you transfer the loan to a new provider, but I have yet to experience that option with any 401k I have had. 

I heard that PropStream updates this data on a weekly to monthly basis, whereas PropertyRadar updates the data daily, providing fresher leads.

A lot of the beach rentals down there are pretty outdated and don't provide many amenities.

There have been a few things that I feel like they could clean up, but it seems like they work hard at updating it to provide a lot of value. 

B2B Bank had just introduced liquidity requirements which seemed to indicate they really did not want to be providing that service.TD was the last of the Big Five to offer the ability to write and hold arm's length mortgages.  

I work with a turnkey provider in Little Rock, and they are offering a 5.99% on all of their properties, even the new construction.

My point is this, I am actively involved/advising this investor, providing local vendors contacts (handyperson, surveyor, painters, etc) and I "don't wait for them to call me", I call them weekly. 

Not even Ivy League master programs in real estate provide the representations and guarantees these mentorship programs provide.  

A platform that updates their data daily or weekly is covering a staggering cost in order to provide that to the end user.
