It will be very educational.I have over half my money invested in the stock market, but markets go up and they go down, pretending there is a magic formula to rich's via active trading that the average Joe can easily accomplish with a minor amount of education and work  is both risible and ill-advised.

@Chris Witt Well, this more telling than your other post.Apparently, you Know about a foundation problem that you apparently believe to be Real.....so yeah, now you need to disclose.BTW, now you have declared to the world that you know about it, kinda of hard to pretend you didn’t, if it comes up later.

I still think it would be pretty distasteful to pretend one position and then take another, but the seller certainly has the ability to read (and have his/her lawyer read) the contract before signing. 

@Doug Merriott If I lived in Clearwater I would want to pretend that their clout and their behind the scenes involvement in Clearwater didn't exist either...have you even been inside one of their buildings?
