Hello,I have been hearing on BP podcasts that tenant turnovers can equal about $6000-8000 (one host even said up to $10k, if I recall correctly) when lost rent and repair/upgrade costs are factored together.

Brandon Turner's books are an EXCELLENT starting point.Next, I'd make sure to listen to as many BP podcast episodes as you can.

There's a podcast on @Michael Blank's platform where he interviews a wholesaler who happened to do 1 apartment deal.

Go listen to The David Greene Podcast, Episode 11, and see how this guy cashed out equity and then nearly lost his shirt.

Some resources I've been using to educate myself so far are:-The Bigger Pockets podcast: I am on episode 11 of it on Spotify, it has been a great resource so far, touching upon many key parts of real estate investment.
