If the filter type (I use a pleaded disposable) is the problem and there is a bypass, then unit 1 and 2's coils should be the same way.

You will likely have to make an application and attend a Board meeting to plead your case as to why you need/want the variance.  

I agree, even though they are required in Colorado to disclose if they "are aware" of meth use, I feel like they should squash the rumor and not plead ignorance, especially now that it has been brought up and Remax is sending a discloser letter to potential buyers.
