If the garage isn’t being used, turning it into a dedicated game room should add some value particularly if you are targeting families or larger parties.

Now pretty much everyone has heard of and probably has used at least one of those booking platforms. 

There are a few FB groups in the CHS area dedicated to RE investing, rentals, and properties for sale.

Check if there are any restrictions on short-term rentals, in case you plan to list on platforms like Airbnb.Landlord-Tenant Laws: Familiarize yourself with landlord-tenant laws in your state regarding leases, tenant rights, and eviction processes.

I’ve seen many investors move their business banking to platforms like Bluevine because of the higher yield accounts and super convenient interfaces.

I like the idea of tracking every seller interaction in one place, but now I’m concerned we might end up with way too many properties in our CRM over time.For those of you who use platforms like PropStream or ListSource, are you calling and mailing directly off those lists without uploading them to your CRM?
