As noted above, having an agent that is familiar with investing can help in how the investing market looks versus how buying a personal property looks.

I've done this personally and have helped a bunch of other investors do the same.

When I encounter this type of client, I do everything I can to convert them into one of the previous clients.First thing I have them do is run all their income and expenses through a separate account instead of their personal account.

You do have to get a good cleaner and handy person which can take some time.I agree with HOA's.
