Sounds like you guys have the vision, a gameplan, and the will to succeed.

I picked this one as my model.I am a graphic designer and web developer, so I used Photoshop to try out some different color possibilities for our house.OriginalHere I am testing color samples.This gives you an idea of the vision that I had/have for this house.  

I recommend also making a "vision board", as a way to keep your goals in front of you visually.

Don't get tunnel vision when doing the 1031, it's easy to do with the time frames.

Very interesting topic and inspirational, I am newbe and at the phase that I had read enough books and listen to podcasts and attend local meet ups that I feel now I am hitting a Plato that need start my next level and that is looking at MLS and start analyzing deals, I know finding good deals from MLS is hard but at least it will give me the vision of the numbers.

No matter where you're starting from, your vision is possible.

Watching these 3 distinguished gentlemen, who are all extremely bright, and with vision that most can't even comprehend.  

I previously ran nuclear power plants in the Navy, so my trend analysis and project management skills are hugely useful in helping me execute on my vision.  

I  have good vision and want to work for myself and create passive income so I can travel a bit.
