They all have their pros and cons and you will never find the perfect one. 

BTW, what about all the cosmetic, is it move in ready, we like to call it Sec 8 ready, meaning everthing has to be perfect.  

They do this by adding you on to one of their 'perfect' credit cards that have a high limit, usage, and also paid off every month.  

Their mistakes often cost them way more than a professional manager ever would.I have a perfect example in my upcoming book. 

Just because you’ve been doing this for so long and feel like you can’t get any better because you’re doing everything perfectly already doesn’t mean it wouldn’t be a good event for you to go to.

There is a LOT of PM's out there and without doubt nobody is the perfect fit for anyone and everyone, my brokerage included in that.

There is no perfect software out there.

Nothing but great experiences with STR's thus far....not perfect, but I am cash flowing. 

The problem is, the inexperienced operator hasn't perfected the ability to buy off market properties at the purchase price that makes sense, so they often over-pay and then encounter less lending options as a result.

Yes I know it's not a perfect BRRRR and I can't cash out everything but it's better than not picking up the 100k equity.
