Each grouping had a common room (perhaps it was shared by multiple groupings ... this was a detail I missed) with a nurses/aid workers office.Central to the two sides of the complex were common facilities such as a dining hall, gym {perhaps a pool ... another detail I missed}, theatre &  games room.With one of the fastest growing groups in our society being single people, we are examining a related idea of a  complex / building providing a modest-sized 1-bdroom "apartment" with more semi-private and common amenities.When I read the title to your thread, I thought it was a project proposing to mix students and seniors into a single complex ... and came in thinking, this ought to be interesting :-) 

Hey @Vanessa Lozano get out to some meetings and meet some people.

New realtors, new realty companies, new PMs aren't going to have those established relationships and *no* PMs give up the names of their people to anyone else because getting good people is difficult. 

I personally don't mind cooking on electric but I will say that cooking on propane is different than what most people know which is natural gas.

Most importantly, they are disrespectful and bad business people.

I know people who do this and I do not believe there are issues with it, but speak to an attorney and they should probably notify the company if they are an employee of that company that they are doing this.

Good to know as I have a property coming on the market and we had one off market offer already all cash but at 10% list price discount (which we most likely will reject).Curious if you think the california fires will assist the market since many of those people need places to live for years and I am guessing some will flee california?

I recently listened to their interview with The Real Estate Guys Radio Show and it's great to have a forum like here where we can hear from people's own experiences.

They do this on purpose so new people get tripped up in the process and quit.
