Just curious to hear from those which currently have vacant properties as to what they are seeing in regards to demand for their rental listings right now in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I'm curious to hear the opinions of other investors regarding this pandemic's effect on the foreclosure.

Many buyers are being scared off due to the current pandemic, but if you can stomach it and maintain a long term mindset towards investing, the prudent investor stands to capitalize on lower prices while the majority sit on the sideline.

My feeling on point #3 is that a tough love approach during a pandemic, as you described it above specifically, sounds a little tone deaf and assumes the worst in others.

Amidst this pandemic, how do you think that the Fed’s interest rate cut affect mortgage rates?
