How much per square foot does it typically cost to install unfinished red oak in the Boston area if I am buying the wood and the installer supplies the other material and labor?

I don't know Thousand Oaks well, but under normal circumstances, violations of a lease generally lead to a notice to cure or quit in California. 

I am near Gboro (Oak Ridge) and would love to meet up if you are over this way sometime.

These (not the counters) will probably last 50-100 years and could last forever.Home Depot/Menards/Lowes cabs (off-the-shelf oak-faced w/ particle board sides and backs) would have been about $1500-$1800 unfinished, uninstalled, without any soft-close stuff, and I would have had to fit stock sizes in a non-standard space.

You can find an older Honda or something similar that's reliable and that you can afford with no car payment, and then use the extra money that you were paying on this car's monthly payment to pay down some of your other debt.Unfortunately you're in a bad position with the more expensive car because you can't afford to keep it but you also can't afford to sell it since you're so far upside down on the loan right now.But I'd do whatever I could to start chipping away at some of that other debt. 

Especially interested in smoking oaks, the neighborhood east of union between independence and federal, and anything fairly close to OBU.
