For as much as I heard it was a "bad area" I was surprised that it really wasn't that bad to live there.It's been awhile since I've been in Wichita but the little that I know about real estate values, I would doubt that a duplex near the college is worth $55k unless it is in absolute top notch condition.I had an opportunity to buy a house for $10k while I was at WSU.

Tired of shoddy work that wont even pass code inspection and I paid for it,,,then getting to tear it out and do it right.Anyway I am off to abuse my arthritic hands another day,,,back later tonight.btw I do have a tile saw that works well, a nippers, not using my notched trowel since it leads to over application when buttering and wall spreading,,,I get by better with a 6" putty knife so thinset doesnt creep up thru grout lines,,,,spent days correcting that gaffaw on first bath done.

I have only done residential real estate as a side gig for the passed few years but now I intend to kick it up a notch.

As far as sales goes, we have a top notch team to thank for our success to date, not an issue; it is part of normal day to day operations now.

Once you have that "first" notch in your belt everyone will start sending you friend requests on facebook and want to "partner up" so that is where the "interview process" begins

I have had guys that spread the thinset too heavy or used the wrong notched trowel and it squeezed up between the tiles like you described.
