The property is on a road called Pensacola, I gotta change that in the description ha It is in NJ.

If you don't have a specific deal that you want to finance right now then come up with a description of what you are targeting and call a few of the banks to ask what they can do for that type of deal.

I haven't heard or seen any of that happening not to mention that there really aren't enough properties on the market in CC to get that description. 

You are so far off in your description of a Sandwich Lease Option, that it would take way too much space here to unfold your end and rebuild it from my end.Now, if you want to learn the basics of it, the correct basics, just PM me. 

I imagine we should re-name the listings, but make sure the description clearly addresses the shared walls between the sides.

Anyways I had met a few people that were doing quite well with AirBnB (due to a lack of quality rentals here) and the general transient nature of Topeka's population - seems a lot of people dont stay here long and I can see why.
