It is just hard to immediately leave the security of a great playing career with a wife and 2 year old son.With that said I decided to get my license to 1) be able to cut out some of the middle men, 2 ) Gain access to the MLS and appropriate forms, and 3) Practice RE for friends and family or on a more time appropriate basis.

It's one of those pull-down ones you see in "Mad Men".

(the garbage men threatened to stop taking our trash though, as they complained about the stench :-)  )  It has been about 6-7 months since we last had the security out there, and might have to start again, as they are drifting back on to the property again.  

I want to sip umbrella drinks & be fed champagne & fruit from hot muscular men in loin cloths.

I remember reading a similar thread here on BP where a young gal decided to overstay her lease, knowing that it would take several months for the landlord to evict her.The landlord showed up one Saturday AM (early) with two burly, unshaven men and announced to her "You are correct that it will take several months to evict YOU.  

Point is, don't always rush to judgment with young men/women.

As we know women and men see things completely different.. so now you have 4 separate opinions.... and man if your wife or your other partners wife decides they don't like something or what have you its a recipe for disaster.

But if your looking for overall trades men or General Contractors then go to Big Box Stores like Home Depot and Lowes.and speak to someone at the contractors services area's. 

I may have been lucky to drive out of there that night, but I did find what I was looking for so I have to believe those young men were just having a good time like anyone else that evening. 

If you want real authentic market advice of what is going to unfold in the next 5-10 years, one should try to tap into the minds of these great men.
