While working full-time, I decided to get my real estate license in 2021.

My question however, is for short term rentals there - licensing is taking place such that it is possible, owners may be limited to 50% of the year, making investing in a short term rental more risky.

I'd like to get them licensed in California, but it is very difficult. 

Even if I lost my license today and had a flip tomorrow I would still pay both the buyer and seller agent fees.

I am currently a Licensed Real Estate Agent for New Western where I help investors find opportunities that align with their goals.

I got licensed and have been learning brokerage and hope to transfer these skills into becoming a principal at some point.

Also check if PM need to be licensed in that state as you could run into other problems.

Does this require plans from a licensed architect?
