Just got this from the SBA - now you need to have had employees to get the $10K grant"Dear Applicant,On March 29, 2020, following the passage of the CARES Act, the SBA provided small business owners and non-profits impacted by COVID-19 with the opportunity to obtain up to a $10,000 Advance on their Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL).

At a minimum, rental properties should have three coverages:General Liability CoverageBuilding Coverage Loss of Rents / Business Income CoverageGeneral Liability Coverage - covers against lawsuits claiming you are responsible for Bodily Injury and/or Property Damage.

But I am at risk of economic injury. 

Also, make sure the policy includes Personal Injury Liability (libel, slander, ...).

Would i be qualify of getting a sba economic injury disaster loan(3.7%) to pay up heloc loan(4.7%)?

I played college basketball the last two years of my life but my career was cut short due to ongoing injuries.

Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the “cause of action” arose in that state.

It was getting to where there was starting to be some injury risk so it had a very rushed job (precut wood, etc.).
