I think there is some irrational thoughts on BP that you can go from missing a payment to foreclosure in a nano second.. that simply does not happen.. its a long and slow process in MOST jurisdictions.. some states its quite fast  MO  GA  TX MS  can all be done in 90 days..

But I also think that if one spouse says "No, you/we should not do that" out of irrational fear, the other spouse has an obligation to do what is best for the family unit.

the story starts in January of 2016, when i added a tenant to my one family house. 10 days later she decided to move her stuff in. she rented a one bedroom in my house and was bringing in her belonging that could fill a fill 1 bedroom apt. when she didn't have enough place to put her stuff she began to leave everything in the living room. when i confronted her about it, she began to act threatening and irrational. i thought "hey she is stressed. let her cool down. the following day i tried to talk to her and she really lost her mind. i told her "it was not going to work out and she had till the end of the month to find somewhere else to leave.

If you tell him he needs to move out, it looks like you are forcing him out because he made a complaint.Spend more time with your applicants, that is the best time to try to sort out how big a pain the tenant will be.Some tenants will always hear something different, be irrational, and if they had it more together they would probably be homeowners.
