We recently signed up for smrtphone.Currently we're calling our market and we get calls back, but the issue we're having is smrtphone isn't giving them any information as to who the lead is or which campaign it's from. smrtphone has instructed us we have to search through the different campaigns to see who the person is.

If she means October's rent, then you will prorate it for the number of days she's there, but she must pay up front.She was given instructions on what to do when it was only restricted to one small piece of furniture and when there was no evidence of it anywhere but on those two pieces of furniture and I'm guessing she didn't do anything AND she kept the furniture with the mold on it allowing it to spread.

At a bare minimum, I would consider filing a complaint with the state licensing board, but only if you have written evidence (email, text, letter, etc.) showing that you instructed them to install security and they failed to follow your instructions.
