After talking to them yesterday and giving them several options  (including the eviction and the ramifications to their credit and such) and getting inside the property (which surprisingly is in great shape.. just a couple of blinds are messed up)  the tenant changed their tune and even apologized.

After reading this post, I did want to reach out to you personally and apologize to you.

(this is only an assumption however so if I'm incorrect I apologize) If that's the case then you have to look at all the other "jobs' required in your en devour.

I practically apologized to them for their agent being a liar.If you don’t have an agent working only for you (not a dual agent who also represents the seller,) you always should.If you did not get an inspection (especially if it is a contingency in the contract,) get one.

I would contact the seller and apologize and ask if they still want to make money off of this house?

Has come forward to apologize for costing people 100’s of thousand of dollars.
